Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription cancellation

You may request cancellation at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access remains available until the end of the paid period.

2. When refunds may be available

Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate payments, payment errors, failed access delivery, a product materially different from its description, or unresolved technical issues.

3. Digital licenses (e.g. NEVR)

Code-based digital licenses are fully refundable until the license is used — that is, before the code is redeemed / the NEVR account is created. Once you have redeemed the code to sign up or started using the content, the purchase is non-refundable by nature of the product. Bank-transfer payments are refunded to the account you paid from.

4. When refunds may be limited

Refunds may be declined after substantial use, access or download followed by redistribution, account abuse, or requests made far outside the review period.

5. Withdrawal & digital products

Physical goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery under Korean e-commerce consumer law; return shipping for change-of-mind is the buyer's responsibility. For digital content, account rights, and licenses, the right to withdraw may be limited once access/download has begun — this is noted on the product page before checkout.

6. How to request & processing

Email help@seoriarts.com with your account email, payment date, product name, and order ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (e.g. PayPal) within 3–5 business days.
